I was searching for new music one day and kept pulling out all these wonderfully happy, energetic songs that I knew didn't work for me as solos, but I kept sifting them, looking, tossing them away, pulling them back in, till I had arranged this medley. Hank Troy came on board at that point and helped make sure the theoretical aspect was smooth in its transitioning and there you have it, an original arrangement!
